Shipping cost within the state of Michigan is $225 round trip. For the states of California,Oregon, and Washington, the shipping cost is $300 round trip. All of the other lower 48 contiguous states will have a round trip shipping cost of $250. All cost includes lift gate and residential delivery if needed.

There will be a $200 charge for the transmission shipping crate if not returned.

• NOTICE FOR YOUR PROTECTION •

The carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the Transportation Company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered to them were in good condition and properly packed.

Here's how to handle damage:

VISIBLE DAMAGE
- Have the delivery person note on the freight bill the nature and extent of damage.

- Notify the Transportation Company's office to inspect the merchandise.

- File a claim for damages at once! In filing a claim with the Transportation Company, you may (a) make a cash adjustment, (b) arrange to have repairs made, or (c) replace the merchandise.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

If damage is noticed when merchandise is unpacked, notify Transportation Company's office immediately and ask to have it inspected. Do not destroy packing materials until the shipment is inspected and the claim is settled.

Here's how to handle shortages:

SHORTAGES
- Check number of cartons delivered with the quantity shown on your receipt.

- If quantities do not tally, have driver note shortage.

- If missing items do not show up in a few days, advise us and we will reship.

All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the Transportation Company making the delivery, then notify us. We will mark our records accordingly. Should you need assistance with the claim, we will be glad to help.

NOTE: Do not return damaged merchandise, as Transportation Company will pick it up after settling the claim

RETURN GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORITY

Call or write for a return goods number. All shipments not having this number will be refused. All shipments returned for credit or exchange when the error is not ours will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and materials must be returned prepaid.
